A strong female EIT network

Women@EIT is a network that brings together female students and alumni
of the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology). Our mission is
to empower our members to become entrepreneurs and therefore inspire
the next generation of women innovators. Because we believe that this
change will let everyone benefit.

We want to learn from each other. That is why we are a cross-disciplinary
network that welcomes members from all Innovation Communities of the
EIT. Founded by two EIT Digital students in 2016, Women@EIT has already
spread from Sweden over Germany, Hungary and Finland with the aim to
be represented all over Europe.

We stand for

Being a minority is never easy. We bring the female community together to create a sense of belonging in the entrepreneurs’ world. Cooperation comes before competition.

We strive towards equal chances for everyone. That is why we want to empower women and gain the men’s support. All to drive the change towards gender balance.

Technical and leadership workshops enable our members to learn valuable skills for their career. Not to forget plenty of networking opportunities with successful women innovators.

Become part of our growing community! No matter if you are female
or male (or anything in between), we are looking forward to meet you
at our activities. News and upcoming events are regularly announced
on our Facebook page.

We are always looking for local leaders, who want to host their own
events in their local EIT node. Additionally, we are on the lookout for volunteers, speakers and external partners to help us grow. Feeling
inspired and want to get involved?
We’d love to hear from you!
