About Us
Women@EIT is led by volunteers passionate about promoting gender equality and women leadership, and who are affiliated with diverse EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities, including EIT Digital, Urban Mobility, Climate-KIC, Health, and InnoEnergy.
I realised there was a need and a specific opportunity for creating a female network within the EIT and, thereby, having an impact on all the students. Women can greatly benefit from all the opportunities the community provides and grow both professionally and personally. At the same time, we raise the awareness of men for the challenges faced by the minority in their field. Ultimately, empowering women lets everyone benefit, and it leads to a more equal world.

About Women@EIT
Women@EIT is a community that brings together female students and female alumni of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT). Women@EIT aims to inspire the next generation of female leaders, promote women leadership across all EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities and empower women to become the next generation of role models in innovation, business, entrepreneurship, and technology.

About the EIT
The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) is an independent body of the European Union set up in 2008 to deliver innovation across Europe. The EIT brings together leading business, education and research organisations to form dynamic cross-border partnerships. These are called Innovation Communities and each is dedicated to finding solutions to a specific global challenge. EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities develop innovative products and services, start new companies, and train a new generation of entrepreneurs. Together, we power innovators and entrepreneurs across Europe to turn their best ideas into products, services, jobs and growth. Read more
